Alüminyum profil üretiminde puller olmadığı dönemlerde, kıskaç ile profiller çekilirdi. Bu dönemde tespit etmeye baĢladığımız ve her noktada yaĢadığımız sorunlarla, elde ettiğimiz tecrübelerimizi zamanla geliĢtirdik. Makine tasarım bilgimiz ile tecrübelerimizi birleĢtirerek ürettiğimiz yenilikleri alüminyum profil sektörünün hizmetine sunmaktayız. Sürekli artan talepler nedeni ile alüminyum profil ekstrüzyon sektöründe bilgi, tecrübe ve yeniliklere ihtiyaç vardır. Firmamız bu ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda kurulmuĢtur. Alüminyum profil, pres ve uygun kalıptan sonra; operatör ve konveyör sistemleri ile baĢ baĢa kalıyor. Operatörler geri kalmıĢ teknoloji ve sorunlu makineler ile uğraĢırsa; çıkan profili kontrol edemez ve sorunlar bu noktada baĢlar. Bu nedenle çalıĢmalarımızı profil konveyörü konusunda yoğunlaĢtırdık. Sistemlerimiz taklit edilmeden, tamamıyla Türkiye'de üretilmektedir. Yeni tasarımlarımız ile tamamen Türk malı ekstrüzyon profil hatlarının alkoneks çatısı altında üretilmesinin zamanı gelmiĢtir. ġu anda pres çıkıĢından, testere çıkıĢına kadar olan her istasyonu üretiyoruz.
