Fabrikamızın Eges Ve Ajax indüksiyon ocaklarıyla gerçekleştirebildiği toplam sıvı metal kapasitesi 32 ton ve tek parça dökebilme kapasitesi 25 ton ve yıllık toplam üretim kapasitesi 10 bin tondur. Anadolu Döküm; konularında deneyimli 9 mühendis, 7 tekniker ve 6 yöneticiden oluşan, toplam 110 kişilik kadrosuyla müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutarak hizmet veren bir kuruluştur. Anadolu Döküm’de, müşteri talebi göz önünde tutularak en ileri teknolojik uygulamalarla alternatif döküm simülasyonları yapılır, çekinti bölgeleri ve sıcak noktalar saptanarak döküm işleminin tek seferde hatasız ve firesiz gerçekleştirilmesi sağlanır. Anadolu Döküm’de hassas çelik alaşımlarının titizlikle hazırlanması sayesinde, güç ve dayanıklılık gerektiren tonlarca ağırlıktaki parçalar sorunsuz dökülür. Özel teknik bilgi ve deneyim gerektiren Bi - Metal dökümleri, yatay ve dikey savurma dökümleri, geliştirilmiş yöntemler ile titizlikle gerçekleştirilir. 25 tonluk parça da 1 kg’lık parça da aynı hassasiyetle hayata geçirilir. Bi-Metal castings, horizontal and vertical centrifugal castings, which require special technical knowledge and experience, are carried out meticulously with developed methods. Both the 25- ton piece and the 1 kg piece are implemented with the same precision.
