Firmamız seramik fiber ürünler üretmek amacıyla faaliyetlerine başladı. Fabrikamız Aras bölgesinde bulunmaktadır. Toplamda 5kektar arazi üzerinde 11,000 metrekare kapalı alan olarak kurulmuştur. Üretim ile ilgili en iyi ve en son teknoloji makine parkuru kullanılmaktadır. Kurulum aşamasında Kanadalı, Avrupalı ve İranlı prefesyonellerin fikirlerine danışılmıştır. Fabrika ürün gamı 1260 ve 1430 derece sınıfında dökme elyaf, battaniye, board ve şekilli seramik ürünlerdir . Seramik elyafın özellikleri: iyi ısı yalıtımı, yüksek ısı kararlılığı, minimum sıcaklık depolama, ısıl şoklara dayanıklı, iyi ses yalıtımı ve kimyasal kararlılıktır. Bu ürünler petrokimya, çelik, petrol, gaz, çimento, otomobil, cam, seramik ve diğer sanayilerde kullanılmaktadır. Fabrikada ki laboratuvarımızda, müşterilerimize mükemmel ürün temin edebilmek için tüm hammadde ve nihai ürün tetleri özenle yapılmaktadır. Fabrikamız 60 direkt personel ve 150 dolaylı personele istihdam sağlamıştır. Bunun yanında, üretimin artırılmasıyla, daha fazla kişiye çalışma imkanı sunacaktır. Firmamızın geleceğe bakışı, mevcut yıllık 5 bin ton üretimizi 2026 yılına kadar 10 bin tona çıkartmaktır. Aras Kaolin Fiber Company was established in 2015. This company started its activities with the aim of supplying ceramic fiber products. This factory is located in Aras zone. The area of this factory is five hectares and the infrastructure is 11,000 square meters. This company uses the best and most up-to-date equipment for producing. It is noteworthy that in this regard, the opinions of top Canadian, European and Iranian experts are also used. The products of this factory include bulk fibers, blankets, boards and ceramic shapes in grades 1260 and 1430 degrees Celsius. The characteristics of ceramic fibers are: good thermal insulation, high thermal stability, minimum temperature storage, resistance to thermal shock, good sound insulation and chemical stability. These products can be used in petrochemical, steel, oil, gas, cement, automobile, glass, ceramic and other industries. In the laboratory of this factory, tests are performed on the raw materials used, and also the quality of the products is carefully checked so that the product with excellent quality is provided to the customers. The establishment of this factory has created employment for 60 people directly and 150 people indirectly. Also, with the development of production, we can expect a significant increase in employment. In the perspective of this company, in addition to planning to produce of five thousand tons per year, it is predicted to increase production to 10 thousand tons by 2026.
