Uzun boy profil üretimine ek olarak, şirket son dönemde özellikle otomotiv projelerine yönelik kesme ve talaşlı imalat ile alüminyum parça üretimine odaklanmaktadır. Operasyon kabiliyeti, Kalibre Holding’in tecrübesiyle büküm, kaynak, ısıl işlem ve boyama operasyonlarına kadar uzanmaktadır. Kalibre Alüminyum, yeni otomotiv projeleri nedeniyle 2024 yılında faaliyete geçecek olan 10 - inç ekstrüzyon hattı yatırımı kararı almıştır. Şirket, sadece ekstrüzyon hattına değil, işleme merkezlerine de yatırım yapmaktadır. Halihazırda sahip olduğu mühendislik kabiliyetleri ile 3 eksenden 5 eksene kadar CNC işleme gerektiren ürünleri işleyebilmekte ve bu sayede havacılık ve savunma sektörlerine de hizmet vermektedir. 2023 yılında biyet döküm tesisinin faaliyete geçmesi, şirketin üretimi uçtan uca planlamasını ve böylece proseslerin C - emisyonlarının kapsamlı bir şekilde kontrol altında tutmasını sağlamıştır. Tüm bu değerlerin ışığında, Kalibre Alüminyum, tasarım desteği, müşteri odaklı proje yönetimi ve yüksek kalite ile zamanında teslimat sağlarken, entegre bir üretim hattı anlayışı ile biyetten başlayarak komponent üretimine kadar tek çatı altında müşterilerine hizmet vermeyi amaçlamaktadır. Kalibre Aluminyum is combining 40 years of expertise in the automotive sector of Kalibre Group with precise aluminum production in Sakarya, Turkey since 2016. In 2018, Kalibre Aluminyum has invested in a state of the art and fully integrated 8-inch extrusion line which has been operational at the end of 2019. In addition to extrusion of long length aluminum profiles, now the Company focuses on producing aluminum parts with cutting and machining specifically dedicated to automotive projects. The Company’s capabilities extend to bending, welding, heat treatment, and painting operations with the support of Kalibre Group’s experience. Due to new projects, the company recently decided to invest in a 10-inch extrusion line, which will be operational in 2024. The Company has invested in not just the extrusion line but also the machining centers. Currently, the Company has the capability to machine 3 to 5 axis CNC machining required products with its extensive engineering capabilities which in turn resulted in serving also to the aerospace and defense sectors. In 2023, our billet casting plant started operation, which led the company to plan the production from end-to-end which enable extensively controlling the C-emissions of the processes. In a nutshell, Kalibre Aluminyum aims to serve customers with an integrated production line from billet to the component while providing design support, customer-oriented project management and on-time delivery with high quality.
