İntekno Şirketler Topluluğu’nun kökeni 1987 yılında International Technology and Knowledge Company, Inc. Şirketinin A.B.D.’nin Pittsburgh şehrinde kurulmasına dayanır. 1991 yılında İstanbul’da İntekno Teknoloji Transfer San. ve Tic. A.Ş. kurulmuştur ve güçlü potansiyel büyüme gösteren alanlara odaklanarak, çeşitlenen faaliyetleri sonucunda İntekno Şirketler Topluluğu Şirketleri ardı ardına kurulmuşlardır. İntekno; başta Demir Çelik ve Alüminyum sektörü olmakla birlikte Geri Dönüşüm, Madencilik, Enerji, İnşaat ve Petrokimya sektörlerindeki müşterilerine; teknoloji, mühendislik, know -how, makine, ekipman, hammadde, sarf malzemesi ve danışmanlık hizmetleri sağlamaktadır. Bu faaliyetleri dünyanın önde gelen şirketleri ile birlikte stratejik ittifaklar, ortaklıklar ve temsilcilikler çalışma şekliyle gerçekleştirmekte olup yurt dışında start - up yatırımları da bulunmaktadır. Ana hedefimiz teknoloji transferi, sağladığımız ürünler ve hizmetler ile müşterilerimiz için değer üretmek olmuştur. Demir Çelik sektörü özelinde dünya genelinde gündemde olan Yeşil Mutabakat çerçevesinde yeşil çelik üretimi ve karbon salınımın düşürülmesi için gerekli teknoloji transferi ve ürün tedariki ile sektöre katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Intekno A.S. is a member of the Intekno Group of Companies, headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. The origin of Intekno dates back to the establishment of International Technology and Knowledge Company, Inc., in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania USA in 1987. Intekno Technology Transfer Corp was founded in Istanbul in 1991. In the following years, Intekno Group companies were established, one after another, as the group diversified its activities focusing on unique fields with strong growth potential in and around Turkey. Intekno has been providing technology, engineering, know-how, machinery, equipment, raw materials, consumables and consulting services to its customers especially in the Iron-Steel and Aluminium sector and Recycling, Mining, Energy, Construction and Petrochemistry industries since 1987. These activities can be performed through strategic alliances, partnerships and agencies together with world's leader companies. In addition, Intekno has also some start up investments in abroad. Our main target has been creating value for our customers through technology transfer activities, products, and services that we supply. Intekno aims to contribute to the industry with the necessary technology transfer and products supply for green steel production and reduction of carbon emissions within the framework of the Green Deal, which is on the agenda worldwide, especially in the Iron and Steel sector.
