METAL PRES produce Pressure Die-Casting Machines to models of MP-160, up to MP -2000 tons. 160-2000 tons Cold Chamber Die-Casting Machines are available for the manufacture of aluminum, magnesium, zinc and bronze castings. METAL PRES is the leader in the Turkey in the number of die casting machines produced over 600. Applications for these machines include PLC or microprocessor electrical system, proportional hydraulic blocks, transmission hoses, gear boxes, three phase injection system, and dashboards. PLC or Microprocessor system allows for real time monitoring and controlling of all critical pressure and speed variables. And this system easily allows adjusting automatic lubrication time and injection shooting to all machine controls by user.
