Temsil ettiği sanayi sektörünün faaliyetlerini desteklemenin yanı sıra, kendisine verilen ve aĢağıda belirtilen yükümlülükleri yerine getirmekten de sorumludur. ESO, faaliyetlerini topluma karĢı sorumlu bir sivil toplum kuruluĢu olma bilinciyle de yürütmektedir. 5174 sayılı Kanun ile Odamıza verilen görevler aĢağıdaki gibidir. - Ülkenin ve bölgenin yararına sanayinin geliĢmesine öncülük etmek ve çalıĢmak, - Sanayinin ihtiyaç duyduğu her türlü profesyonel bilgi ve ihtiyaçları sağlamak ve üyelerine iletmek, - Endüstrinin her türlü araĢtırma, analiz ve istatistiki çalıĢmalarını yapmak, - Yurt içi ve yurt dıĢı fuar ve sergilere katılmak - Kanun ve Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından belirlenen görevlerin yerine getirilmesi, - Mesleki faaliyetlerle ilgili konularda zorunlu mesleki kararlar almak ve ilgili birimlere görüĢ vermek, - Kurs, seminer, konferans ve çalıĢma grupları aracılığıyla eğitim ve bilinçlendirme çalıĢmaları yapmak, - Organize sanayi sitelerinin kurulmasını ve yönetimini sağlamak. Eskişehir Chamber of Industry was established based on the No. 5174 dated 18.05.2004 Turkey Chambers and Stock Exchanges Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges Act in 1 November 1968. As a non- profit professional organization with a legal personality, it has been operating since then. In addition to supporting the activities of the industrial sector it represents, it is also responsible for fulfilling the obligations given to it by the law and specified below. ESO also carries out its activities with the awareness of being a non-governmental organization with responsibility towards the society. The duties given to our Chamber by the Law No. 5174 are as follows. - Working and pioneering the development of industry for the benefit of the country and the region, - Providing all kinds of professional knowledge and needs needed by the industry and to convey them to its members, - Carrying out all kinds of research, analysis and statistical studies of the industry, - Participating in domestic and international fairs and exhibitions - Fulfilling the duties determined by the laws and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, - Taking compulsory professional decisions and giving opinions to the related units on issues related to professional activities, - Carrying out training and awareness activities through courses, seminars, conferences and working groups, - Ensuring the establishment and management of organized industrial sites.
