Established in 1975 and has been producing Induction Melting & Holding Furnaces since 1981 with systems nearly 800 in 4 continents; 49 different countries In the last three years EGES reached up to manufacture 18 MW converters with 36 tons furnace capacity. The frequency range of the EGES system is between 50 Hz and 10000Hz. In our specially designed furnaces for Aluminium and Copper Alloys Melting System frequency can be lowered to as low as 50 Hz, and the losses are reduced by minimizing during melting process for thin and very small sized materials such as 100% chips and folio. For aluminium recycling application as well as conventional aluminium applications, EGES system are used most efficiently. EGES also has a lot of experience in gold, lead and non-ferrous alloys. INTERCHANGEABLE DOUBLE-FREQUENCY INDUCTION SYSTEMS; Now, there is no restriction anymore over the casting types caused by constant frequency in the melting systems. EGES new production interchangeable double-frequency melting systems remove all these restrictions. Now, both cast iron and all kind of steel group can be cast flawlessly with EGES interchangeable double-frequency technology.
