COVID-19 EXHIBITOR’S GUIDE

As Hannover Messe Ankiros Fuarcilik A.S., we care about the health and safety of all our exhibitors, visitors and workers. We would like you to know that we will implement all rules and regulations of the Ministry of Health, Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) and the Fair ground carefully for you to have a healthy and productive fair experience. At the entrance to the fair area, it is obligatory for Turkish citizens to have a HES code.

According to the circular issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

You must provide one of the following when entering mass event areas such as fairgrounds and symposiums.

  • Having had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before attending.
  • Having had COVID-19 in the last six months
  • A negative COVID – 19 Test result, which must be taken within 48 hours of your arrival

How to get HES code for international Participants?

If you don’t have any Turkish GSM number as a foreign visitor, you can get your HES Code with sending your passport information by SMS by using your phone to +90555 944 3821 including HES, nationality, passport serial number, year of birth and surname, same as the example above.

SOCIAL DISTANCE

  • It is important to maintain 1 – 1.5 m distance between exhibitors, visitors and staff In public areas and inside the stands.
  • Entrances to the fair area will be monitored with turnstiles, online recording and camera system, and 10m²/person on the fairground will be allowed at once.
  • Contacts such as handshakes should be avoided.

MASKS ve HYGIENE

  • The use of masks is mandatory in the fairground. A sufficient number of masks will be available at the hygiene points to be used when necessary.
  • According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health, disinfectants with “Biocidal Product License” should be available on all tables and desks in the stands.

STAND RULES

  • Stands adjacent to each other in the area will be separated from each other by a stand wall or partition unit and stand corridors will be 3 m wide.
  • Because complete ventilation is difficult, closed ceiling meeting rooms are not advisable inside of the stand area.
  • Free-standing exhibits must be surrounded by generous open spaces with markings to help visitors maintain proper distancing.
  • Exhibits, display cases, counters, displays, screens etc. should be located at least 1.5 metres from the edge of the stand so that visitors can leave the aisles to view them.
  • Product presentations at the edges of the stand area have to be avoided to prevent large gatherings of people in the aisles.
  • The promotional materials and the products that visitors might touch within the stand area should be disinfected with the products that have a “Biocidal Product License”.
  • Lidded waste bins should be available inside the stand area for hygienic waste.

CATERING

  • According to the rules and regulations for the indoor exhibitions, consumption of food and beverages other than packaged water / soft drinks is prohibited, except in the restaurants and cafeterias in the fair ground.
