ALUEXPO Renewed Its Success in 2019!
The 6th International Aluminium Technologies, Machinery and Products Trade Fair – ALUEXPO 2019, organized by Hannover Messe Ankiros Fairs Inc., held in Istanbul.
The fair renewed its success this year on both the basis of participants and visitors. The international interest achieved by the fair, which has expanded its scope by growing every repetition, has enabled many participants to renew their reservations for ALUEXPO 2021 by today.
Expanding its scope, the Fair continued to increase in the number of exhibitors and visitors.
The international fair, which brings together the aluminium sector with a market of close to $6 billion and an export size of approximately $3 billion, has expanded its scope this year and met with more companies with more visitors in the wider exhibition area.
With the intense interest from aluminium industry, the fair, which was sold all the stands months ago, took its place at ALUEXPO 2019 to meet with the ongoing participants as well as many new companies. ALUEXPO, which has added 80 new participants this year, has renewed its own record with 397 participants from 35 countries. According to the most recent 2017 fair with 216 foreigners and 397 exhibitors, the number of foreign participants continued to grow by 38% and the total number of exhibitors increased by 24%.
Aluexpo has reached its targets in the 2019 by number of visitors. Participants left Aluexpo satisfied with the superiority and benefit of the visitors.
Aluexpo visited by 1,789 foreigners and 10.058 locals, total of 11,847 visitors from industries of aluminium raw materials and aluminium products and pre fabricates producers, purchasers and manufacturers from main industries mainly construction and building, automotive, commercial vehicles, railway systems, white goods, defence, transportation, packaging, energy, machinery, household and kitchen goods.
Experts and Academicians of the Aluminium Sector were at the 9th International Aluminium Symposium.
Concurrent to ALUEXPO 2019; TALSAD, TMMOB Chamber of Metallurgical and Materials Engineers Training Centre – METEM and TUBITAK MAM in conjunction organised the 9th International Aluminium Symposium ALUS’09. The symposium was in cooperation with the EA-European Aluminium Association, GLAFRI Global Aluminium Foil Manufacturers Association, SEE German Aluminium Association, CRU, IAI International Aluminium Institute and Aluminium International and Aluteam.
At ALUS’09, more than 300 speakers from the national and international industry were present, including experts and academics. With a total of 13 sessions, including 3 in the opening panel, the aluminium sector was discussed in all aspects of global and national and regional scales. In addition, 83 papers and successful works related to the sector were shared at the symposium. ALUS’09, which has become the meeting platform of the aluminium sector in the international arena, has also made an important projection of Turkey’s place and future in the aluminium world with its sessions focusing on economic, technological and scientific fields.
